Lebanese Estate is operating as a broker for Lebanese real estate listed on this site. All our listings are bound by a brokerage fee.

In order to benefit from our services, and if you accept this agreement, you are binding yourself to us. If you buy any real estate listed on this website, or we would find you the property you requested and couldn't find here, you have to pay a 2.5% brokerage fee from the total sale value.

When you buy a house, a land, or any kind of real estate listed on this website, or from Lebanese Estate in general, our service will end when you own the real estate you bought. After the sale is closed, we are in no way responsible or would be held accountable of any issue between you and the previous owner.

This agreement would be signed between yourself and Lebanese Estate upon first meeting.

In case you want to do business with us from abroad, this agreement can be sent to you in pdf format, printed from your side, signed and sent back to us.
