How do I do business with Lebanese Estate

At the end of each project page there is ‘Terms of Agreement”. In order to do business with Lebanese Estate you need to read, understand and fill out the form and send it to us. Once we have your form you can “contact us” and tell us exactly what you need and which real estates interest you. If you live abroad, we will fix you meetings and site visits prior to your arrival. We shall accompany you to all the sites and the meetings. We will make sure all the papers and legal issues will be in order. In case the sale of a real estate is closed, Lebanese Estate will no longer be involved unless you chose to benefit from our “After sale Service”. In case you do not find what you need in our listings, you can send us the specifications you want and we will try and find you the real estate you require.

What are the legal procedures for owning a real estate in Lebanon

To own any kind of real estate, the procedure is a bit long and complicated. The documents required are many. If you do wish for us to register the real estate you bought please contact us and we will put you in touch with our legal advisor who will handle the matter for a fixed fee. This matter is known to be a bit complicated and unclear when it comes to registering a real estate. What are the yearly legal fees for owning a real estate in Lebanon

When owning a land there are no fees incurring on yearly basis.

For owning a house, an apartment, a chalet or an office, there are certain fees that do incur on a yearly basis:

- Municipality Taxes (the amount varies with the size of the RE)

- Built property taxes (the amount varies with the appraisal of the RE by the government. The assessment is called rental value).
